+ -1 moreSimple rekey condo malbox lock. Service person on time and pleasant. The work was average. The price $65 was very high im my opinion. The service man sppent 10 minutes at most. Good company, but pricey.

Description of Work: Our door latching mechanism had become so loose it no longer operated. The technician used his knowledge of the assembly to remove it, and reassemble it. This accomplished the repair, and the door is once again operational.

+ -1 moreExcellent service, considerate, timely and professional. I definitely intend to use their service again in the next few months. A little more expensive than other advertised services, but well worth it.
Description of Work: They changed the lock/keys on my home entry door, serviced the ignition key on one of my parents older vehicles (1976 Mercedes-Benz), and surveyed the door locks and ignition system on another vehicle (1982 Cadillac) as to what would need to be done by the dealer. The work was performed cleanly, professionally and very efficiently. Detailed info was provided to me as well as helpful recommendations. I definitely intend to use their services again.

+ -1 moreThey weren't able to pick it, because it's a front door lock, so they had to drill it. I had to buy a new handle and lock, but they did a great job and I would call them again.

+ -1 moreMy experience with this company was wonderful. They astonished me with how quickly the technician responded to my request for service. He is located in the same city as my house and was there within 15 minutes of my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it within about 10 minutes. He was friendly and quite competent. I would definitely use him again!

+ -1 moreHe does a good job! They come right out. If you need them to go to the job site they are prompt and take care of everything expeditiously. I haven’t had any problems with them! Their rates are reasonable. You can get three keys duplicated for $5 which I think is very reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I’ve had him do several lock jobs where he comes out and repairs a lock. I had him repair my back gate lock because it was not working. I get keys made by him and duplicated as well as locks rekeyed.
