Servpro of Downey came in and from the very beginning they made us feel like they were going to take care of and quot;usand quot;. They were wonderful, always trying to save what could be saved, but taking time to explain the process. Whenever they needed to demo something they made sure to put plastic on everything they even build a containment with a machine that cleans the air, then they wiped everything down EACH day before they left. When there part was done they coordinated with our insurance company to make sure that the next company was ready to come in behind them. They always seemed concerned about the inconvenience this experienced caused us. I have had 2 water losses in the past 5 years, both jobs were handled by a Servpro franchise, but not all franchises are created equal, Servpro of Downey was and quot;THE BESTand quot;. I told my family and friends to only use Servpro of Downey if they ever have a problem.
Description of Work: SERVPRO OF DOWNEY took care of me and my family during a major water loss. Their customer service rep (Carl) was extremely comforting and compassionate toward our needs as well as our comfort. He walked us through the entire project. The service crew were also clean cut and professional (Steve & John). They were also very considerate of our needs and personal items. They made every effort to keep us informed of the process and progress. Our project took several days and we LOVED that they always showed up when they said they would - What a RELIEF to not have to wait around!! :) They entire crew was extremely knowledgeable and willing to do 'anything' to make us happy.
