I have used this company many times over the years and I have always been so happy with them. I never feel like they overcharge or run up the bill because I am a and quot;femaleand quot; and don't know any better. I have been using them for years. They are excellent and have gotten me out of some messes. They are very reliable, knowledgable, and they always respond with a great attitude. They just bill me and do not make me go through the long hurdles of a payment process. They trust me and I trust them. They will do small jobs such as faucet repair, large jobs such as full pipe replacement. They can do a wide variety of jobs.

We had problems with clogged drains in the bathroom near the kitchen drain on several previous occasions. Two times prior to the kitchen clogged drain, the clogs in the bathroom drain near the kitchen cleared within an hour without the assistance of a plumber. The kitchen-clog did not clear, however. Don McKinnon arrived within 45 minutes of my call. He diagnosed the problem after taking the pipe apart under the sink. Our main drains are original to our house which was built in 1954 and are corroding inside. The drains needed a thorough cleaning along with the snaking to clear the clogged area. We had just paid several hundred dollars to another plumbing company to have the drains snaked two weeks prior to the clog in the kitchen drain. We knew had a problem; however, that previous snaking did not prevent the clog that occurred within the same main drain area because the main was not cleaned out. McKinnon took time to evaluate the problems we were having and diagnosed the problem. It has been over two weeks, and we have had no other problems with the drain. McKinnon gave us a 90-day written warranty; the previous more expensive plumbing company gave us no written warranty on the work they did.

The work was done to code. The installers were young and one was not very experienced. He would not listen to my advice and cut my heater blanket improperly. The blanket needed to be repaired with duct tape.
