Lambert's has a company, Home Services, who answered the phone for them in the morning of Feb. 23 about 8:45 AM. The person had no record of me having called the night before and seemed to be very confused throughout our conversation. He finally gave me Lambert's number. Mr. Lambert needs to have his number in the Angie's list ad, not Home Services.

Lambert's Service Now lives up to it's name. they answered phone calls promptly and courteously, cheerfully too I might add. The estimate was fair and within dollars of the other two that I got. Mr. Lambert and his team are careful, efficient and clean. The men wore protective booties when in the house, put down drop cloths to protect the floors and collects attic detritus, and swept up immediately upon finishing each day or each portion of the job. They worked very quickly and answered any questions that I had. We did not have occasion to use either heating or cooling until some months after the installation. They were more than willing to come back out to the house several times at no charge to insure that everything was working properly. First to trouble shoot the air as the wrong fuses had been put in by the electrician and then much later when we had questions about the heating and one of the ducts. They are extremely accommodating. We are very pleased with our new system.

I wish all estimates for home repair and maintenance went as well as this one.

Very well ... fortunately my heating unit was enclosed in the attic and did not require a lot of servicing. But, Lambert was very helpful with the services he provided including adding more duct tape around an opening near the heating unit to prevent further loss of heat. He also provided a reusable filter - one that I could rinse out once it became full of dust. He provided some other pointers as well.

We called on Monday. The service was scheduled for Wednesday between 1-3 PM. The fellow who came arrived within that time and was very thorough. He took care of all the items as described. Was very personable. Made a call to find that he could order a better fitting filter for our unit which he will bring when he returns in the fall. Gave us some advice regarding the ducts and duct cleaning. He used a carpet in front of the unit as he disassembled it, so as not to make a mess. Offered to wear shoe covers which was unnecessary for us. Good experience.

We had an old building with no insulation to speak of that had previously been worked on by some shady contractors who had cut ducting, power and gas to the central unit. After we had these problems fixed by plumbers and electricians the 30+ year old unit required having the main blower motor replaced and eventually other parts failed that were either too expensive or couldn't be found altogether. The unit was also not sufficient for the remodeled space and so we started looking for someone to come in and fix the air conditioning from top to bottom. We got quotations from several contractors and big name companies and they were all at least twice as much as Alan's estimate, additionally all the other people seemed to not care for the outcome of the project and would either not handle the ducting and told us to hire someone else or tried to sell us more stuff regardless of our budget. Alan was vested in our entire project from the beginning and answered all our questions and suggested a system that has been trouble free for fairly heavy two+ years of usage thus far. He really worked with us to make sure that the new unit would not only be sized correctly but noticed that the existing unit was installed in a way that was compromising the roof structure and we had repeated leaks from around it. He worked closely with the roofing contractor and installed the new 5 ton unit replacing the older 2 ton unit. The new unit went in on the roof with a new integrated roof mount that the unit just sits on as opposed to having conduits coming out of the unit out in direct sun and then routed back in the roof crawl area. The new installation not only looks much cleaner, but there is a lot less stuff exposed to the elements to degrade over time. This new installation further fixed vibration issues that the old unit was causing, we only noticed this when the new unit came online and the shaking that we had been so used to was no longer there. Overall we were really pleased with Alan's work and would certainly hire and recommend him to others.

The work and customer service was excellent. We couldn't be more happier with their attention to detail and care for our home. Being the curious home owner on how everything works, Alan took the time to educate me about the how hvac system worked. This enabled me to better understand the features and benefits when deciding on a new system. Alan and the team at "Lambert's Service Now" is A+++++++++. In addition, I had 8+ different companies come out and give me estimates, and by far, Alan's approach to solving our problem was more creative and budget conscious than anyone else.

We haven't had any luck getting the heater repaired. I was facing upcoming surgery and didn't want to come home to a cold house. Mr. Lambert was amazing, he fixed our heater and it has been working ever since. It the first time we've had consistent heat in years. The Best.

He had a hard time working on my a/c unit. He wasn’t able to figure what was causing the problem at first. He had come several times. When the times he came, the fan wouldn’t come on and when he was gone it would come on. I wasn’t sure how he didn’t know what was causing the problem. We finally figured out that it was the circuit upstairs. He did finally get it fix, I just wish it wouldn’t have taken so long. He was a nice guy and very polite, I just wish it didn’t take him so many trips to fix the problem.

Lambert’s was an excellent company to deal with. The crew was very professional and personable. Every day they were on time to the job. We did have a few areas that did need addressed after they were finished and they worked quickly to resolve them. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They are very honest and up front with you and will not rip you off at all. The crew is very professional and friendly as well. I can’t say enough good things about this company. As CA and my local city were offering rebates for new HVAC systems, I decided to replace my old(er) heater and barely functioning AC. I also wanted the heating system moved to the attic so that the closet could be used for storage. Alan engineered an elegant solution to get the heating system into the attic with minimal ceiling intrusion. The system (Amana) works great; Alan and his team were prompt, professional and responded to questions and concerns. I definitely would use Lambert's Service Now again.
