Description of Work: It turned out that I had a blown fuse. He flipped the switch on the fuse box which corrected the AC to working. He was there all of 15 minutes. Thought the $99 I had pre purchased was excessive. Service was done during the summer.

That's what we had done, and the unit has been fine since, including through some very hot weather. | |The service request response and service call were prompt, timely, and professional. They are a small company and seem well qualified with good personal service. The technican took time to explain options and his recommendation saved us the cost of leak detection and repair. Cost was reasonable - total time was about one hour.

Description of Work: Alan was a pleasure to deal with. He was usually on time or called if there were problems. The A/C works again and seems to be fixed. (Will know more if it leaks in the next month or so).

Description of Work: Cleaned and serviced unit. Obtained special order parts, replaced controller board and put unit back into full and correct operation

Description of Work: the service technicians from Lambert heating and air conditioning were very courteous and very well experienced . they came to my house and inspected my air conditioning and heater systems and advised me their recommendations and what need to be repaired. the price was really good. in the end they repaired some venting replaced a very bad pump and tuned up my air and heating system and checked out the whole system. |was very impressed with the quality and the timely manner that the work was performed. |would really recommend Lambert heating and air conditioning , will definitely use them again for any future repair or for my next air and heating tune up

Description of Work: I had A/C put in around christmas 12/24/2010. It was over priced. The work wasn't done correctly. They werent responsive to my phone calls. My nephew emailed the company with specific problems and pictures and I never heard back from them. No I would not call this cmpany back. They quarenteed their work but what ood is that if they will not make good on it? The total price was $9,000.00
