Description of Work: My refrigerator makes a ticking sound some of the time. I called Johnnie's Maytag for a diagnostic call. They were polite and professional on the phone and I got the appointment time I wanted. The repair man called half an hour before his arrival time. Unfortunately, my refrigerator was not making the ticking sound when he arrived. He looked it over and explained the possible causes. He told us if the sound was coming from this one spot, then it was the thermometer and was not critical to the functioning of the refrigerator. We paid the Angie's List discounted rate and I received an email receipt. Later that day, the refrigerator made the sound and it was coming from the thermometer! So no further action required.

Description of Work: Josh who was the tech that came out to check my washer knew right away what the problem was and explain to me that it was the switch and that he had one in his truck. He was very professional at what he did. I will surely recommend Johnny Maytag

Description of Work: Replaced digital electrical face panel on my Maytag dishwasher. The technician Marty was awesome! ! Kind, knowledgeable, tidy, accommodating with the schedule. I have driven by their respective location forever I initially phoned the 800 customer service and made an appointment the fee was $125 and Johnnie's was only $90 inclusive of any other fee added. I needed a part it was ordered and he was back in a few days for installation. 90 warranty was given as well. I'm a stickler for trust and reliability! !! |Deborah, Downey, Ca
