They snaked the main sewer line. Unfortunately, their snake got stuck within 90 feet into the line. After the line was located Hagen came a few days later where they dug up the damaged area fixed the problem.

My family has used Hagen Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs for over 20 years. They are an excellent plumbing company and we wouldn't use anyone else.

They are really the best plumbers.

THEY ARE GREAT, AND WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS. THEY STARTED FROM A COMPANY I WORKED WITH 15 YEARS AGO, AND THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT FOR YEARS. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM IN MY HOME.

HE'S ALWAYS GREAT. HE REALLY IS. HE'S ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE. HE EXPLAINS THE PRICE UP FRONT. HE EVEN OFFERED TO COME AND FIX THE TILES FROM BUD SINCE HE REFERRED HIM TO ME.

IT WAS OKAY. THEY CHARGED ME SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR ONE HALF HOUR OF WORK, DUE TO A FOUR HOUR MINIMUM POLICY. THE POLICY IS IF YOU CALL ON THE WEEKEND AND IT IS NOT DURING THEIR REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS, THEN YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR FOUR HOURS. IT IS CALLED WEEKEND EMERGENCY RATE. I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THIS UNTIL I RECEIVED MY BILL. IF I HAD BEEN TOLD, I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT, BECAUSE MY CONDIMINIUM S MANAGEMENT COVERED IT. IT HAS CAUSED ME A PROBLEM.

THE PLUMBER, PETE AND HIS FAMILY WAS EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE. THEY WENT RIGHT TO WORK, BEING ALL ORGANIZED. THEY HAD BEEN VERY GENEROUS AND WAS ON TASK WITH FIXING MY SINK. THEY HAD ALSO GIVEN ME A GOOD PRICE, SINCE ONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS KNEW HIM.
