Juan Ramos is the owner. They did excellent work. The work they just completed in the backyard was knocking down and reconstructing a brick bordering and that came to $285.00. The other work was $800.00 and it was pouring concrete that was forty by two and a half feet. They did a beautiful job because our neighbor shared the cost on that and couldn't believe how well it was done. I don't know if they had got their license. I found them because they did tile work for a neighbor down the street and it was done so well. They were tireless workers. They never took a break during the 8 hours they worked on the side of the house. They came back the next day and made sure it was okay. They were very tidy and courteous. I can't say enough good things in that regard. Their English was limited. I would highly recommend them. I believe they also do interior painting and things, but I don't know anything about that work. They also do stucco work, but their main thing is their masonry. They were masons and you could tell that they had been doing it for some time. They just brought one other fellow so it wasn't like he sub-contracted a bunch of people. They listened to my husband who is a retired engineer and who could drive anybody crazy and they were patient. Their price was competitive. We did get a couple of other quotes. They were right in the middle. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive. They were very responsive. We had to call them out for an emergency or something and they were here in 20 minutes. Their punctuality was excellent. I say that they did professional work, but I don't know if that means that they have to be licensed. The work was professional. I would have paid more. The reason I didn't go with the other person who was licensed is because he was booked for a while, which was a good sign, but he kept delaying once he set a date so I just gave up on him. I would hire Concrete Handyman in the future and probably will.
Description of Work: Concrete Handyman poured a concrete slab area on the side of the house to prevent weeds and then they just finished doing some brick work in the back yard yesterday.
