The blinds are exactly what I wanted. Luis was the ultimate professional and his 25 years experience paid off. He was gracious, courteous and a pleasure to have in our home. I would recommend him without hesitation.

His price that was quoted was the exact price I paid once the installation was completed. Luis was efficient and came earlier than planned, due to an emergency I had. Polite, pleasant, thorough (extremely thorough), quality of product and work great. Price seemed reasonable because I had all new blinds to replace what was in the living room, new replacement blinds in the service porch, bathroom, and kitchen. Did not try to sell me for areas which were not needed.

So far so good. We made an appointment, and met Luis very soon after so he could measure everything. We had just purchased a new home and we're anxious to get our window treatments up before our move. He has done everything in his power to get us our blinds on an extremely tight deadline. He is scheduled to install later this week and we have no reason to believe that it won't be top-notch. He even got us in touch with someoneto do some custom shutters that he wasn't able to do himself. He has followed through to make sure we have connected and are scheduled to meet with them. Luis is all about customer service! He listens to what you want and recommends what he thinks will work best. He's honest about the pros and the cons of the different items available and will work with a realistic budget. If you're in the market to add some really great accents to your windows, Luis at Blinds by Design is your man!

From beginning to end, Luis easy very honest and easy to talk to. He arrived on the first day on time to take the measurements for my blinds. I had three front windows and a sliding door quoted for blinds. Everything was very affordable. Less than a week later, he arrived on time again and took less than 1 hour to install everything. His work and the quality of the blinds were perfect. I highly recommend Luis and his company.

I was a little hesitant of what to expect since this was my first time using HomeAdvisor. I was pleasantly surprised at how Luis was so professional, as well as punctual. He explained the process of installation of the blinds thoroughly and installed them to perfection! I was extremely happy with they way the blinds changed the appearance of the room and the price I paid for the work. I would highly recommend Luis without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who will do an honest professional job and not give you the run around! I am planning on using him again for future installations.

We hired BbD for a whole home installation of blinds. Luis (Owner) is the reason to hire and work with Blinds by Design. He is honest, thorough and focused on making sure the job is done right. Was not the cheapest nor the most expensive quote, the end product is well built and reliable.
