+ -1 moreIn my judgment this company does not deserve any company's referral. Failure to communicate with a customer, even after he has been guaranteed payment for work he is to do, is excusable.
Description of Work: This contractor was referred by LG, the company whose wall air conditioner I purchased. I called repeatedly to make an appt. for service. The company had authorized payment to the contractor for the service he would perform for me. The first he made an appt. he postponed it on grounds of a major job that was taking longer than expected. The second time he made an appt. and failed to show up at all or to call. He has never called to explain his failure to show.
