Description of Work: My LG wall air conditioner, only two months old, began to show rust on the external grill. I called LG and they referred me to Aguirre Appliance Repair. I left three messaged with Raul but was never called back. Contact was made ONLY when I kept calling until I reached him. Finally we made an appt. He said he had authorization from LG to cover the costs of all parts and labor. Then he changed the appt. date, asking me to hold open the hours between 8 and 11 this morning, Aug. 25. He never showed up or called.
