I have called him repeatedly to have him come out, and he keeps telling me he's going to fix it, but he never shows up. He keeps telling me "Don't worry, I'll call before I come, but I haven't heard from him since.
Description of Work: He was supposed to correct some locks that were installed incorrectly. He came out and did the work. However, he did not fix the problem and I keep getting locked out of my house.

THIS COMPANY TAKES PRIDE IN THE WORK THEY DO. I ADVISED THEM OF MY SITUATION, AND TOLD THEM THAT I HAD AN HOUR AND 1/2 TO GET TO WORK. NOT ONLY DID THEY EXPEDITE THEIR SERVICE, AND GOT TO MY HOME IN A TIMELY MANNER, BUT I MADE IT TO WORK ON TIME. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE.
Description of Work: LOST MY CAR KEYS SOME WHERE IN MY HOUSE. NEEDED SOMEONE TO COME OUT, AND MAKE ME A NEW KEY SO I CALLED THIS COMPANY. I WAS GIVEN THE NAME OF THIS COMPANY BY A FRIEND.
