+ -1 moreI hired Magic Plumbing for a $2,000+ water heater replacement. The day of the job, they simply didn't show up. A voice mail I left went unreturned. This was after making the appointment three weeks in advance, and also reconfirming the appointment the day before. What a waste of time.
