Description of Work: They came to check my freezer as I had been having trouble with the temp. He was prompt, and spent a long time troubleshooting. Also, followed up with a phone call next day. I was very satisfied with them.

Description of Work: The washer would not drain because we had washed a bath rug with a rubberized backing. The backing disintegrated causing the problem. The blockage was cleared and operation of the washing machine checked to ensure there were no further problems.
