+ -1 moreJake and his assistant did the work I requested, quickly and neatly. The leaking toilet was fixed and the new one installed, and I see no evidence of any further leaking. I would use him again. However, Jake did not supply me with an itemized invoice at the time of service, although I feel his fee was fair. Nor did he supply an invoice at a later date, which he said he would do. The new toilet did not come with a seat, so I asked him to order one, knowing he'd know exactly what would fit. He said he'd have the seat in a day or two. When nothing happened after two days, I called and was told they had the seat, but offered no idea when they might deliver it. Haven't heard from him since (two weeks), so I've gone out to get my own seat. To summarize: Jake's Plumbing did good work, but his follow through leaves something to be desired.
Description of Work: Fix leak for one toilet; replace an old toilet with a new one.

Description of Work: The replaced two old shower vaules that were in the walls. Had to cut out drywall and soder the two cooper vaules to cooper pipes. Then then replaced water supply lines under two sinks. They were on time, did very good work and cleaned up nicely. I would use them again

+ -1 moreHe came to my home right as he scheduled, was very pleasant, and seemed knowledgeable about all operations. Work was done carefully and quickly. He did not leave a mess, and did no damage to my new flooring. It was a pleasure having him doing my work. I would be happy to use him again in the future.
Description of Work: Kyle added some copper piping and plastic drain lines to my bathroom so I could add a double sink. He also replaced the drain flange on the stool, so I could reset my toilet. He also fixed a leak in my garage.
