HEAVEN'S BEST CARPET CLEANING

I was lucky enough to get a referral for HEAVEN'S BEST CARPET CLEANING. I wouldn't let anybody else touch my carpet. Giovanni is completely efficient, thorough, and takes care around the furniture and puts everything back in its place. I will continue HEAVEN'S BEST CARPET CLEANING and recommend their service.

Troy and his assistant arrived right on time, went right to work and did a great job on the carpets. Also moved some of the furniture, as needed. They were quick and thorough, and the carpets look great and feel very soft underfoot.

Did an excellent job overall, would definitely use again. Minor quibbles: there was confusion over the payment method which was somewhat unprofessional, but it all worked out fine in the end. (Employee wanted me to pay in a different manner than I had previously arranged with the owner, which raised my suspicions, but the owner straightened everything out.) Also was a bit late, but called to say they were running late and apologized, and it didn't make any difference to me in the end.

Troy and his co-worker were great, the carpet looked horrible before they came through and I had serious doubts on whether or not all the stains would come out. The carpet is 25 years old and it looks almost brand new after they were done. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I am very satisfied with Heaven's Best work. They were on time and knew what they were doing. The carpets were clean and the process they use allows the carpet to dry quickly. This experience was much better than a different company I used the prior year that did not clean as well and left the carpets so saturated it took days for them to dry. I will definitely use Heaven's Best again next fall.

Absolutely professional. If only all companies could maintain this level of service it would be a better world. Furniture and carpet are like new, every corner was cleaned, and even heavy furniture was moved for cleaning. With our tip the cost was $300. Use them!

I spent about$200 on the work. My experience was very good. They cleaned the carpets, did it to my expectations and I was pleased. I thought that the price was very reasonable.

Everything was well done! Troy is a happy man, and it is good to have someone who loves his work in the house. He arrived on time, and he added the master bedroom, which was not on the schedule originally, even though his day was quite full after our appointment. He worked for 3 hours (10 to 1) and mentioned at the end that if I needed help moving the big furniture back, he would come and help me. I did need help, and I left a message on his phone saying so. At 7 PM, after a long day, he and his assistant came to the door and cheerfully moved the three pieces of furniture back into the living room.

I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE BUT THIS COMPANY TO CLEAN MY CARPETS. THE OWNER WAS VERY FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL and DID A GREAT JOB.
