Description of Work: Furnace, water heater check up and maintenance,parts replacement. Although my furnace is 15 years old it was in very good condition because I am very conservative. Instead of recommending that I replace the whole furnace, the technician recommended that I consider replacing the worn part (Sorry, I don't know the name of the part ) that was worn. No horror stories or other "if you don't, then..." stories. Just honest information which I later verified with a friend. I have previous HVAC companies use scare tactics and Greiner just keeps it real. They arrive when they say they will and give you a courtesy call before coming. I have been dealing with them for the last 5 years.

Description of Work: We had Greiner perform an energy audit. The charged half price and were thorough. The follow up report was professional though they had a glitch in the software. From what we learned it made the audit valuable and qualified us for some significant rebates on the replacement of our furnace and AC. If you can get the half off ($200) price, it is well worth it.
