Brian Ekoniak Sealcoating

Brian quoted us $550 for our drive and the carport. When he came to do the job on September 25, 2017, he only did the drive and told me it was $500. We discussed the apparent miscommunication (why didn't he do the carport as part of our contract). He told me it would be another $100 to finish the carport. He assured me he would be back within two weeks to complete coat #2 and start the carport, then within a few weeks to complete #3 on the drive. In mid-October, I phoned him. He had little or no recollection of me or my other neighbor who had also been texting him to come and finish his driveway - he had moved on to other projects and no intention of completing my job. After extensive discussion, he did recall the work to be done. He was very apologetic and assured me he'd be over within a week. It's now more than a month later, two months since our first coat, and Brian has now stopped answering his phone to us. The driveway is still in sad shape. We have no idea how to get our money back or what recourse we have for getting cheated by him.
