He did absolutely nothing. I received a phone call from him about the issue. He claimed he would have to call Samsung for additional information. I asked to be called back later in the day to confirm his contacting Samsung. He agreed. For two day now, I have attempted to make contact with them. I have left over 12 messages on his answering machine asking for a courtesy call back. As of this writing, I'm currently on hold with Samsung asking for a different service provider. I would never recommend using this company as they do not treat customers with the requisite respect and courtesy.
Description of Work: J & M was the appliance service center used by Samsung to repair my refrigerator.

I called my warranty provider on Monday 9/10 to get a broken lock fixed on my Samsung front-load washer. J&M was dispatched and arrived on Tuesday 9/11. Service tech found lock needing to be replaced and told me he had to order a part. He said it would take 3-5 business days. After not hearing anything I called on Tuesday 9/18 to see when part would be in. I was told he would have the part before Friday 9/21. I did not hear from the company at all that week. On Monday 9/25 at 12:00pm I called my warranty provider to find out what was up with J&M and if my part had come in. At 5:00pm the warranty provider called me back and said he was unable to get any answer at J&M. At that point he changed the service call to a different service provider. The 2nd service company arrived on 9/26 and fixed my issue in 10minutes, they had the part on hand. Waiting for 2 weeks on a part that costs $60 and that I can order off a website with 2nd day air is ridiculous. Not to mention that if you google the door issue it appears to be pretty common or that the 1 part fits about 15 different Samsung washers.
