+ -1 moreOur Whirlpool refrigerator stopped working on Friday night. I called 911 Appliance on 06/27 Saturday and folks picked up the phone and show up in 2 hours notice! Wow, what a response! The refrigerator was checked, problem was the defroster control board which Vladimir already identified per our phone conversation prior to visit. He explained us very well how refrigerator works and brought a new replacement board! Refrigerator was fixed at very reasonable price and we don't need to buy a new one. Thank you very much to Vladimir and his folks! Very good work, appreciate. Highly qualified folks.

+ -1 moreI called Appliance 911 after my refrigerator started making a clicking sound and stopped cooling. The person who answered the phone was courteous and we scheduled the appointment for the next day between 2 and 4pm. At 1:30pm, Vlad called to say he was on his way. How often does a technician show early? Vlad quickly identified the problem and fixed it right away. The fridge is running great, and I got a 90 days warranty! Vlad was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable about the repair. I have a reliable service to call with any other appliance repair issue.
