Edgar and his crew were actually amazing. Professional, kind, and informative. The company goal was to do their best work for what I wanted whenever possible. And they did. Edgar offered to save my patio cover and did. So much extra work beyond stucco and fascia. I am so happy about the whole process and project. Such a pretty outside home I have now.

I was quoted $1650 for the job when they looked at what I wanted. Two days later they came to do the work as promised and brought the contract as promised the price was $1925. I asked why it was nearly $300 higher and was told that it was taxes. Since I can do math and taxes would have been under $150 even if the whole amount was taxable, which it was not, I objected. Faced with take it or leave it and the fact it was still the lower bid I had the work done.

There was some delay in starting a lot because of the weather. Once they started they got right on it and finished the whole project in 3 days. I was worried that it would be rushed or incomplete when they told me how soon they would be done. It wasn't! It looks great and they did an excellent job of cleaning up. It looked like nothing had happened - except the house looked great!

Edgar and his team did a great job. Edgar is an excellent communicator. He worked with our window installer and followed up with us very constantly to make sure the job was progressing. When we had a misunderstanding he was quick to correct the problem.
