+ -1 moreThe lock lever on our Andersen in-swing patio door kept rotating without locking. Most of the locksmiths said hey don't work on those doors because of the complicated three-point latch. The symptoms pointed to a broken lock actuator. Called Andersen warranty service and got a quote of $55 for the part which would have taken 7 days. They referred to an installer about 10 miles away but they wouldn't even be able to return the call for 1-2 days. Rich fixed it promptly and perfectly, showed me how the part itself was not broken but had just come loose. Came in 3 hours of first call! He also adjusted the door level for better performance. Excellent service overall!
