Jeremy was excellent. He had to troubleshoot to really find the issue behind my lack of power in my outlets. He was able to do that, in a timely manner and kept the price very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him if needed again.

Cordial, warm personality. However, on fan repair task, he mistakenly cut a wire that provided lights only. His fix was to tie both the fan motor and the light to operate when power is applied. I unwittingly allowed this to happen since I allowed it. Given the same choice offered, I would have insisted on light and fan being independent!
