+ -1 moreHorribly. They told me my hard drive was fried. I purchased a new computer after asking if they did competitive pricing since I needed the unit for work. I found the same model for almost half the price, paid for added software, a continuous back up unit and got the unit back that I couldn't use until I hired a firm at $90 per hour to make it operational. I took my old unit to someone else to have it checked since there were some files I needed off the old laptop, and was told it was working and not "fried." Needless to say, I plan to ask for my money back and shall never darken their door again. So much for buying locally. Big thumbs down!!!

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT THEY WERE A PRETTY GOOD COMPANY. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD THEM TO DO. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE AND RETURNED MY COMPUTER TO ME VERY QUICKLY. THE PRICE WAS FAIR.
Description of Work: OUR COMPUTER HAD A VIRUS. THEY REMOVED IT AND REPROGRAMMED THE ENTIRE COMPUTER.
