+ 0 moreHe came with his son, I never received a telephone call or email or any acknowledgement that said he could or could not do the job. After he came to my home, there was no further communication on his party at all.
Description of Work: I called to get an estimate. His wife called and an appointment was set up. They were 30 minutes late of the appointment to remove an existing kitchen sink an replace with one I had purchased with faucet.

+ -1 moreHE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY FIRST CALL AND CAME OUT TO DO AN ESTIMATE WITH-IN 3 DAYS. HIS QUOTE BACK DID TAKE A COUPLE OF WEEKS BUT HIS PRICING WAS VERY GOOD. HIS WORKMANSHIP WAS TOP QUALITY WITH NO PROBLEMS OR LEAKS.
Description of Work: HE REMOVED 6 WINDOWS AND 1 SLIDING GLASS DOOR. THEN REPLACED 6 WINDOWS WITH LOW E DOUBLE PANE WINDOWS AND 1 6 FOOT SLIDING GLASS DOOR.

+ -1 moreRANDY WAS HARD TO GET A HOLD OF LEADING UP TO THE DAY HE PERFORMED THE WORK. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WAS PLEASANT TO SPEAK WITH, BUT THE WORK WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY. I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO COME IN AND 'RE-DO' THE WORK HE PERFORMED.
Description of Work: RANDY CUT TWO HOLES IN THE UPSTAIRS DRY WALL IN ORDER FOR ME TO PUT NEW WINDOWS IN. HE ALSO REROUTED SOME UNEXPECTED PIPING THAT WAS FOUND IN THE WALL.
