Description of Work: They responded promptly and determined that the plumbing company we had previously used did not replace the part they invoiced us for. They recommended that the ether company should fix the problem under warranty which they did. Brazil did not charge us for the call. Good service and integrity.

+ -1 moreTHEY KEPT COMING BACK TILL EVERYTHING WAS SATISFIED. THEY ARE WILLING TO PLEASE, AND THEY ARE UP FRONT WITH EVERYTHING THAT IS GOING ON. SOMETHING ELSE WENT WRONG, AND THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT WITHOUT CHARGE.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE TOILET.

+ -1 moreTHEY FIXED A LEAK IN THE ATTIC. HE WAS DRESSED REAL NICELY, AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. HE WAS IN AND OUT OF HERE IN NO TIME. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH HIM.
