"On the positive side, the job started and ended as expected, and the crew was always on time. John was easy to work with and was accommodating. I was a bit surprised that the painters asked me to open only the front corner windows. When I asked if they wanted me to open all the windows, I was met with a blank stare. So I’m not sure if the other window frames were painted. On the final day of the job, there were a number of areas requiring touch-up. One disappointment was that I paid extra to have a flagpole painted. I also asked John if they could put up a new rope. He said they could, but at the last minute, he said they couldn’t. So, I have to wonder if they actually painted the entire flagpole. Logically, if they painted the entire flagpole, they should have been able to string up the new rope. Having been a Customer Service manager for most of my working years, the first lesson in customer service is never over promise and under deliver."

Whether by call or text, I never waited more than an hour for a response. Dream Painting is lucky to have someone like Roberto representing them. He treated me like I was his only client and genuinely acted like he owned the company. I got five quotes before starting this project. Price is always a factor when it comes to something as major as painting the entire exterior of your home. But from my first interaction with Paul and Claire, I had a feeling this company was different—and I was 100% right. Not only did they pressure wash and thoroughly prep the entire home, but they also used top-of-the-line Dunn-Edwards paint. To my surprise, their quote actually came in as the lowest of the five. My wife and I absolutely love the final result. We will never use anyone else for painting—Dream Painting is our go-to from now on, and we’ll specifically be asking for Roberto.
