Gary came out to check on issues with a dishwasher in a rental. I was not present when he was there but the problem ended up costing too much to repair vs replacing with a brand new unit. I appreciate Gary being honest to make the judgment call of not doing the repair and not trying to fix it for the price I could have purchased a new one. Will definitely call him for any service needs. Honest, responsive, and very good with communication. Thanks Gary!

My washer stopped agitating days before company was due to arrive. I called around 10 am, and was happy to be scheduled at 2pm, the same day. When the technician arrived (at 2:05) he listened to my explanation, explained he'd have to partially disassemble the washer to diagnose correctly. He found the problem, got a part off his truck, installed it and cleaned the lint off the motor, all in about 45 minutes. He was social, but professional and kept conversation brief in order to keep to his schedule. (So someone else got great service, too!) I'd definitely use them again; good price, fast and efficient service, and pleasant technicians.

The man from APCO Washer and Dryer came on time, found the problem within minutes, and promptly repaired it . It was a small part that had worn to uselessness. The man was courteous, professional, informative, and quick. Five stars out of five.

They fixed our dryer on their first time out to the house. They were supposed to come between 1 - 3 pm. I called the office at 3 pm to ask where they were, and they said the technician would be on their way. When the tech got there he was VERY talkative, which is why he's always running late. But he fixed the dryer. A week later our washer was leaking. The office staff didn't take down my appointment on the right date, so no one showed up. The tech did call back to reschedule for a later date. He still was late to the house, but fixed the washer. I would use them again, because they were able to fix the washer and dryer, and the prices were reasonable. I just know that I have to confirm my appointment a day before to make sure I'm on their books, and that the tech gets there on time.

Our icemaker quit working. I checked the manufacturer's website for repair companies in our area, and took a look at their rate per hour, etc. I then checked Angie's List, found Diamond Bar Washer and Dryer, called and spoke to Gary to get his rates. Much cheaper than the manufacturer-referred company, plus he was able to give me a rough estimate of labor plus parts after I described the problem to him over the phone and he made an educated guess on the diagnosis. I spoke to him on Saturday, and he arranged to come out Monday morning. He arrived punctually, took a look at the icemaker, determined the problem was just what he'd suspected, and was able to replace the part with one stocked on his truck. He was on the job maybe an hour all told. His rough estimate was right on. The new icemaker didn't work properly after he left so I called him back that same day, and he arranged to come out the following morning. He made a small adjustment and the icemaker has been working steadily since then. Gary's very professional and easy to communicate with, very straightforward. I will definitely use him again. I'm a happy camper.

From the first phone call to the successful repair of my machine, Diamond Bar Washer and Dryer were 100% professional and my experience with them was 100% positive. Based on some questions he had asked me over the phone before the visit, the technician had some parts for my machine ready on the truck. He promptly assessed what was wrong (bad pump/motor - something to do with the bearings) and installed a brand new pump. All of this took less time and cost less than I had feared. In addition, he had a cheerful and easy going demeanor and explained everything in terms that I could easily understand.

They are prompt and honest. They give a free local inspection and estimate. They are totally reliable. Everyone I know uses them. They repair many different appliances. It is a family owned and operated business for approximately 30 years. I would recommend them and use them again.

I was pretty happy with the repairs they did and how quickly and efficient the worker did it. He kept the area clean and also responded quickly to my call.

HE HAD THE PROBLEM FIXED WITHIN 15 MINUTES. WE HAVE USED HIM BEFORE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. HE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY CAME OUT AND CLEANED OUT THE MOTOR AND GAVE US A FEW OPTIONS. HE WAS VERY DETAILED AND TOOK HIS TIME IN ANALYZING THE PROBLEM.

I HEARD ABOUT THIS PERSON THROUGH A FRIEND. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RELIABLE AND NOT EXPENSIVE, SO I CALLED THEIR NUMBER AND I GOT A RECORDING. I REPLIED WITH THE DATES THAT I HAD AVAILABLE. THEY REPLIED BACK RIGHT AWAY WITH A DATE THAT I HAD PICKED W/WAS NICE AND WHEN HE SHOWED UP, WE DID THE JOB RIGHT AWAY.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY, TOLD US WHAT THE EXACT PROBLEM WAS, SHOWED US WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO TO REPAIR IT, AND AFTER OUR APPROVAL, FIXED THE UNIT. WHEN HE HAD IT OPEN, HE TOOK THE TIME TO POINT OUT THE FAULTY PART, WHY IT NEEDED REPLACING, AND OFFERED TO LET US KEEP IT AS WELL.
