Brad did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

Brad is very honest, hard working and dependable. Contacted two other repair company and they both told me to replace compressor which would cost me more than $1000 but since Brad was honest, he was able to fix the issues with couple of minor parts replacements. Saved me lots of money. Came twice to my house made few phone calls to make sure everything worked properly. Very impressed with his professionalism. Would recommend him to anyone who need repairs on their appliances, you will save lots of money using Brad.

Made appointment he came by and he gave me a price. We agreed the following week he didn?t show up. I called and made another appointment and a couple of days later I canceled his service?s. I was not happy on the way he handled it.

Brad called right away and came to complete the job the same day. Within 30 minutes of initial request. He replaced an igniter for an oven. Great service and great work.

Brad did a good job with replacing the igniter in my oven. The only thing is that the drawer under the oven is no longer on track since he took it out and it goes off every time I open the drawer. That and the fact that it was a little pricey is the reason for the less than 5 stars.

The job (clothes dryer not heating) was done in half an hour and the price was very reasonable! I even got a senior discount which was very much appreciated. The only issue I have was credit cards are not accepted. Which was fine since I had enough money in my checking account but for those who have to pay with a credit card you may have to look elsewhere. Other than that I would recommend Appliance General.

Nice guy really tries to find the problem. Nonetheless, I would of rather have him tell me that my fridge couldn't be repaired. he replaced a part but did not solve the problem and my fridge still not working properly.
