They were very good. The cost per door was about $150. I had no problems. I have a place out there and out here, when I am out there, I would use them again. They are very professional. They have everything on their truck, they manufacture it right on sight. You don't have to wait for parts or anything, they have everything with them.

The installer showed up on time, and completed the entire re screening project expeditiously. The price for the 25 screens was as quoted and the work was excellent.

I called Screen Mobile for an estimate on a screen that had a large hole in it. An appointment was scheduled right away for an estimate. I immediately had a good feeling about the integrity of this company. Since Jon was so professional and knowledgable I asked him to give me an estimate to replace the other screens in our house. He gave me a written estimate which I thought was reasonable. He returned at the scheduled time to install the screens on our heavy duty sliders and our windows. I am very pleased with this company and I would not hesitate to use them again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality workmanship.

For the first visit, they arrived at the scheduled time. The two representatives were very professional. They assessed all our slider and window screens and recommended re screening and adjustment to the rollers for most, but recommended installing a custom-built heavy duty door for the main entry/egress door to the back yard. No sales pressure for other services or products, but they answered our questions well. They were able to everything but the custom door and the window screen at our house. The door and screen would need building at their location, but they came out the next day to install them. They kept us approved of the timeframe within the appointment window. They were overbooked, but made a point to get to our house. We were very happy with the work and the professionalism, and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I called the office in Desert Hot Springs, but because of my location was referred to the office in Coachella (760) 777-9011. Waited approx 1 week for service. Office staff very courteous and friendly. Installer was on time and very efficient. Grills were ordered and will be installed Jan 9.

Screen Mobile of Palm Springs / Mark came out last minute and hooked us up at a great price! He fixed an old ongoing problem with a backyard screen-door in our home and was extremely fairly priced even though he came out of his way. They had to come back later after the door was fixed and I came home to the job well done. He's a very nice guy and does really good work! It time people hear about this company.

Very well! They were precise and efficient. We appreciated the detailed explanation of all the variables to choose from, and are extremely happy with the quality results. Our old flimsy slider screens had been walked through one time too many when we had bought our new house, so we chose to upgrade to their best quality. Big difference in looks, feel and fit!

I called the main phone number and was immediately connected to someone who could do the "free estimate". Instead of being willing to come out and do the estimate, he wanted to estimate over the phone. He promised to call me back between 12 and 1 pm. When I did not get a call back, I called someone else. If he was too busy to do the estimate, he should have just told me that. Promising a call back and then not calling until 5 hours later is inexcusable. I will NOT recommend this company to any of the neighbors.

I called Screen Mobile and they came out on Monday, wrote down what I needed, they were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I was missing frames and screens when I bought my condo. I needed a new screen slider and he did everything that I need and did a very good job and was very punctual. It looks so nice and I am very pleased with what they did. I would recommend Screen Mobile and I would hire them again. He also explained everything that I needed and what he was going to do. I am very pleased.

Screenmobile of Palm Springs referred me to Screenmobile of Palm Desert. They were prompt and efficient, but there was some confusion regarding pricing over the phone, and ended up charging my husband a good deal more than I was quoted. I called after the fact to complain, and the manager sent my check back and allowed me to write him another one for the original price.

Screen Mobile of Palm Springs were timely and very efficient. They gave me a specific time of when they would arrive and completed the job on time.

The two members of the team were on time, friendly and courteous. They were also extremely knowledgeable and proud of their product. We have double pocket kitchen doors that lead to the outdoor kitchen and required a different approach for installing the retractable screens. Both workers knew exactly how to handle this job. The guys also knew we had two indoor cats and we're concerned the cats might be able to push their way through the bottom of the retractable screen. They made several suggestions on how we could handle that problem if needed. We haven’t had a problem with the cats trying to push their way through the screens and the suggested alternatives were not needed. However, we really appreciated their concern for our cats. Also, because of the design of the kitchen pocket doors, the screens had to be special ordered and it took two weeks for the screens to arrive. That was also the reason for the higher cost of the screens. Otherwise, the screens would have cost much less. Once the work started it was done quickly and very professionally. Also, a special frame had to be build around the pocket doors and the workmanship was beautifully done. All-in-all it was a good experience and we will definitely use this company again.
