Roy was very thorough, making sure everything worked properly before he left. We haven't lived in our house very long, and I'm sure I'll be calling him again as we find other things that need to be fixed.

Went well. He was responsive, arrived on time and did a nice job. He is also an easy, pleasant guy to deal with.

He was a very nice gentleman, he did all the work that I asked of him, and it was a good experience. He was on time, he did what he said he could do, and he understood what his limitations were. There was something wrong with our garage door and he said that's left to a garage professional so he kind of knew what his limitations were and I appreciated that. He didn't try to do something that he knew he couldn't do. I have one complaint. I believe he has some sort of coupons and I forgot to ask for that coupon to be applied and he never mentioned it. I wish he would have mentioned it but it's my own fault, I suppose.

It went great. He arrived on time. Charged a very reasonable rate for all the work he did. I was missing the template for the microwave install, but he was still able to get it done in a very quality and efficient manner.

He came and walked through the condo, said that he would have the estimate in a few days for me. This is a very time sensitive job and he was informed of this well in advance of our appointment. He nor the representative that called me prior immediately to set the appt, never even bothered a courtesy call to say they couldn't or didn't want to do the job never mind prepare any estimate to do so. Still no return calls to this day. Rude.

Roy was prompt, attentive, and courteous. The work was performed with a minimum of fuss and at the price quoted. I would highly recommend Roy and I plan on using him on future projects.

Roy is a excellent, knowledgeable and courteous worker. I was totally satisfied with the completed jobs that I requested of him and they were all finished in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

Roy responded promptly to my call and suggested replacing the wood and lock. I requested that he stop by for the estimate since we wanted to explore the costs and feasibility of different options. I texted him pictures of the gate and dimensions. He stopped by the next day on his way back from another job. We discussed the gate options and decided to replace/seal the wood and install a new key lock. He provided an estimate of approximately $200 for materials (wood and lock) and labor. He said would do the job on the next Monday. He called me later that day and said that his schedule changed and he could do the job the next day. Roy showed up promptly. He tore down the old wood gate and agreed to haul it away. He built a new wooden gate and installed the lock. Apparently the wall to which the lock closure on the frame was attached had settled and the lock didn't open and close properly. The lock positioning was determined by the steel gate frame and mounting bracket which were secured into the stucco fence. He worked on it for about an hour and was able to adjust it so the lock mechanism worked smoothly and the gate opened and closed easily and securely. He sealed the wood with supplied sealant. Then he cleaned up the work area completely. Great job. He was prompt, professional and very easy to work with. We will definitely call him again for any household repairs.

Roy is very personalble, he knows his job, helped me quickly because I had a security concern, and was just a pleasure to work with all the way around.

He was prompt and did a very good job installing security door and dead bolt and keying them to inside front door, did a very good job, door looks very good. Also installed new toilet in upstairs bathroom and a custom western seat that I had purchased, looks good. Also he replaced door knobs on bedroom doors and on bathroom door. I would hire him again, and would recommend him.

Roy arrived promptly. Worked well with the cabinet installer for remodel. These professionals ran into numerous problems as a result of the house being improperly built, and they overcame each of these technical problems as they arose. The issues resulted in extra time but Roy stuck to his original quote and gave his angies list discount.

He was great. The interaction with them was good. It was an easy process. I would use them for handyman work.

Roy is very punctual and courteous and friendly. He cleaned ceiling fan, tightened loose blades, and changed light bulbs, and lengthened and put new chain. The ceiling fan is located in stairway hallway, impossible for me to reach. Also replaced shower head, since the one I had sprayed water all over walls, he actually went to Home Depot and got me a new one, which was so nice for him to do, he also fixed outdoor faucet since it sprayed water all over and put in a very nice outdoor faucet that is so easy to use, and installed hose and fixed up hose and hose holder. I would definitely use him again and I am going to since he did such a good job. I have other jobs I need done since I bought my condo as is and need other things done. I would recommend him highly.

Roy was great and we will definetly use him again. He know's his stuff and is very good at it. If you want a guy that is on time and dosen't quote you one price then changes his mind when he shows up, you need look no further. Thanks Roy we appreciate the great work you did for us....

I sent Roy's Home Repair & Services to Palm Springs because I have a place there to take care of some stuff for my mom. She's an older lady and he kind of really ripped her off the price and he didn't finish his job. He wanted to charge her to come back and finish the job so we had to hire somebody else. By the time everything was done, he was supposed to charge by the job so he told my mom his prices and then everything went up. He did a good job, he just over priced and just wanted his money by the time he left and didn't charge what he was supposed to charge. He didn't complete his job and he said he was going to come back.

Part of the job did not go well on day two. It seemed that everything that could go wrong did. Some may not have been Roy's fault but he did seem distracted on the phone a lot with a personal issue. He did stay until the water was turned back on, which we were grateful for, but took off and we did not hear from him until almost noon on day three. He seemed much more focused and completed the job. It may just have been a bad day for Roy on day two and we all have them.

He was even early, which is a major plus in California. Very good experience. Found no leaks but pointed out why the buyer thought so. We had a handyman fix the walls that indicated leaks. It was only the shower curtain not reaching the walls.

Roy is a first class professional with a lot of experience. You won't go wrong using him.

Using Angie?s List we picked Roy's Home Repair & Services to hang three ceiling fans. Roy and his crew came and installed the fans, each with multiple lights and fancy hard-wired wall controls. The crew was efficient, polite, careful, and made sure they understood what we wanted done before proceeding. When they finished we asked Roy if he installed counter-tops (we had a 330 pound counter-top in the garage that needed to be installed on a new bathroom vanity). We hadn?t expected to be able to finish this task before the arrival of relatives the following Tuesday. Roy said he would get back after doing some investigation. Monday morning we got a call from Roy with details and pricing. He and his people were on the job within the hour. The counter-top was uncrated, installed and plumbed beautifully. Our costs for both tasks were quite reasonable. We couldn?t be happier. It?s no wonder Roy?s so well rated.

All done well, quickly, without any additional costs beyond estimate.
