Roy did a thorough and complete job on installing new kitchen faucets and angle irons. In addition he repaired a problem I had with the installation of a new toilet that I had done on my own.

I had already started the job but Roy was excellent he was able to help me complete the job. Roy shows up on time and does the work well. His pricing is very fair and I have already recommended to a neighbor.

He did a great job for me! This is the about the 6th time I have used him and have never had a bad experience.

I needed my laundry unit doors replaced and he has not gotten back to me about that part of the job. He did a great job on repairing the drawer, returning my phone calls and texts etc.

When work was completed Roy had reconditioned the hutch with new hardware and paint making it once again good in appearance and functionality . The other jobs he was able to tackle were done in a timely manner using good material and expert technique. Roy is pleasant, professional, and wastes no time getting what he needs and getting the job done right. I would have no hesitation in calling upon him for any type of building repair.

Roy was able to schedule me in right away. He was very good, the installation went smoothly and the new hot water heater is working perfectly. His price was fair and he cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use Roy on an ongoing basis.

Everything was fine with removing & replacing the mailbox and everything was cleaned up when he was through.

Roy and his associate did an excellent job. They are very professional, timely and efficient. I purchased a two hour handyman voucher from Angie's List. They did a thorough job and I was extremely pleased at the amount of work they did in the two hour window. What really impressed me the most was that there were two of them for the job. This represented a fantastic value and I certainly would use Roy again and again for anything that is in his skill set to do. Thanks be to Roy for a job well done.

He started some work but he did not figure it out so I decided to do it myself

We really liked Roy but he was out of his league on this job. Should have been suspect as he was by far the low bidder. From a distance, the job looks ok but upon closer examination, one can tell that it was not a craftsman quality job. The sections were 86" side and no attempt was made to make each board uniform width as evidenced by a narrow piece on the end of each section. We did not want dog ear look so requested cutting them off, but a chalk line was not used and after 2 cuts the top is still slightly wavey. The entrance gate was a real challenge and actually came out good considering the nature of the wrought iron. I had to help him figure out how to cover it. However, the bottom of the boards were not cut to a uniform length from the ground and look ragged. The utility gate with metal frame he built from scratch and it came looking well, however the hinge brackets do not stick out far enought to allow for the gate to open fully. Finally, he sprayed the wood with Thompson's waterseal. Granted it was a scorching afternoon and we all wanted the job to be over, but quite a bit of red overspray went onto white stucco walls and pillars.

Did not hire as he is not a licensed contractor.

Roy came as promised yesterday to snake my kitchen sink pipe. Upon inspection he determined that the problem was more serious and I will need a plumber. He was very professional and suggested a temporary solution to provide me with a little time to do research, etc. Roy came back this morning and was able to get me up and running in about one hour. This is the fourth time I have used Roy since December. Below is a list of other jobs that he successfully and satisfactorily completed for me: *Removed rock / debris and graded back yard *Replaced the gas valve so that I could have my dryer installed *Installed mailbox

Fair price, showed up on time and was good to deal with. Work appears to be quite effective however there is still some to complete at a time in the future on which we agreed. Only con was a bit of a mess was left, nothing huge but we definitely had to do some clean up.

Roy and Don had to cut open an exterior wall to remove and then install one water heater. Roy and Don fixed a problem in the RV check valve that cropped up after installation (no fault of their own). Roy juggled his schedule a bit for us because it was a hot water heater. I will definitely use him again. Roy recommends replacing water heaters NOW because prices are going way up. If you need a new hot water heater.... the time is NOW and Roy is your guy. I read online that new regulations will make the new water heaters nearly double what they cost today.

They always showed up on time or called to say they would be delayed. The quality of their work was good and they cleaned up after themselves? As an added bonus Roy has a good sense of humor.

This is the third time I have used Roys service. I find him to be honest, reliable and a very nice man.

Work was done very timely and to our satisfaction. Extra work was required for the original job to be completed adequately, was done well. We are planning on using Roy again for another bathroom job and other remodeling.

My wife was closing up her parents park model mobile home in Desert Hot Springs for the season. It was extremely hot, the swamp cooler wasn't working and she had poor instructions on how to summarize it. The sprinkler system needed adjusting as it was spraying the street and wasting water. My wife was running out of time as she had to get everything done in a day and then catch her flight back to Oregon. I got her call at 3 A.M. Her cell phone was running out of minutes and she didn't know how to add more minutes. So I went to work. I got minutes added to her phone. I found Roy on Angie's List. He contacted my wife and made arrangements to stop by on his lunch hour. He fixed the sprinkler and advised her on how to summarize the swamp cooler. He was a refreshing breath of fresh air. Very knowledgeable. He wasn't cheap but he took care of business quickly and efficiently. We will use him again no problem. .

Roy and his trusty sidekick Dan came out last night on an emergency to help me pull a door off my closet so I could pull up the carpet and underlayment to figure out where the leak was coming from. Not only did they do that on very short notice, they also diagnosed the cause of the leak and fixed it that night. I had already scheduled them for work the next day, and they came out early the next day and did a variety of work as well as made recommendations for other repairs on my recently purchased home. The two of them were fun to work with, clearly knew their stuff, and not only did a workmanlike job, but fussed with the details. I plan to hire them again soon.

I think he’s honest and he doesn’t try to waste your money and your time by taking things apart.
