Description of Work: A couple of months ago, we had strong windstorms. The winds picked up my patio table and shattered the glass top. I like my patio chairs and did not want to replace the complete patio set. Roy advised me where to get a white replacement table, so I went to Home Depot and paid for it in Palm Springs. (I live in Palm Desert). The store would deliver for a large sum of $. Now, it wouldn't fit in my car! I called Roy and a couple of days later when he wasn't on a big job, he picked up the new patio table, put it together with the sunbrella. He was very professional with the time involved. He also completed some small tasks and was here for a couple of hours. He's my go to person for HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend Roy for any kind of handyman work.

Description of Work: Roy repaired a portion of my kitchen ceiling damaged by a roof leak. He patched and painted the area. He also repaired a section of window seal which was loose and hanging down over the glass.

 + 0 moreI chose Roy's Home Repair & Services based on the positive reviews it received on Angie's List. My experience with this company was positive from beginning to end. Having spoken exclusively with Mr. McClure, I found him both courteous and professional. He was also patient as I described the problem to him (being that I know very little of home repair). He was even willing to service our house in the high desert, even though he primarily operates in the low desert. Mr. McClure arrived as scheduled and finished the work required. He performed the troubleshooting, identified the problem, and repaired the leak all in the same day. I was provided a quote over the phone, which he honored. I was informed of the possibility that the cost could go up depending on the severity of the problem, which is reasonable. That was never an issue, however, so I feel this company is very fair and honest. I definitely recommend Roy's and would call them again!
Description of Work: The shower was leaking through the wall and the source was unknown. Because of the nature of the leak, a hole was made through the wall in order to ensure the leak was not originating from the pipes. After the source of the leak was determined, it was properly sealed.

Description of Work: Roy shimmed the front door and replaced the molding around the door, he placed molding around french doors, hung a mirror, fixed some recessed lights that where hanging low and put some vents on.

 + -1 moreI live across the street from 500 acres of desert, so I get quite a bit of blown in debris, and dead weeds, bushes etc. that needed to be cleaned up and hauled away. Roy was prompt and finished a 4 hour job beautifully. Don't hesitate to hire him.
