Argumentative, tried to up the estimate before even starting work. Very poor attitude. He gave a written estimate, then LIED about the agreed work.

The bid we gave you had a list of all of the things to be worked on and that bid was approved, once we arrived there was an extra item that was not included on the approved bid which we then notified you and informed you that it would be an extra cost as it was not included in the bid that was approved. We understand that many people have had a negative experience with service providers, we aim to change the reputation of this industry one client at a time by having the best service in the valley. Services received from prime builds left me satisfied and eager to use my newly installed storage racks. Arthur was timely, efficient, friendly, and overall pleasant to work with. Usually, I question the quality of work with other handyman services, but I now have a new standard and expectation of quality thanks to Arthur with Prime Builds.
