Kromas Painting is a professional small business. Rigo (the owner) is responsive, has excellent knowledge of his business and is very creditable. He also has a good team which are skilled and work well together. They are very careful to fully cover and not get drops of paint where it does not belong. Beyond that, Rigo is an honorable man. He was competitively priced and actually reduced our previously agreed to price, because he did not use the amount of paint he originally estimated. I highly recommend Kromas and will call them the next time I have a painting job.

Every time that I had a meeting scheduled with Rigo he was 15 minutes early. I interviewed 3 other contractors and Kromas Painting was the most professional and left the best impression. I had several bids on my kitchen cabinets, door way trim, base boards and all interior doors to be painted semi gloss white. Rigo was right on time for the estimate appointment and he provided his quote before anyone else. His 5 star rating is justly deserved. It turned out to be a great job and I would highly recommend him to ANYONE.

Rigo and his crew are some of the hardest working, most professional, detailed-oriented people I’ve ever employed! Rigo is there when he sets the times with you, has clear and consistent communication from start the quote process until the end result. Communicates throughout the projects to ensure that he is on target with the homeowner. No complaint or suggestion for improving anything! I feel SO grateful to have hired this professional. As the project was being done, my neighbors were coming by giving compliments and asking for Rigo’s contact info. That, in my experience, is the best recommendation I can give. Went exceptionally well in terms of work quality, solid expectation setting, and follow up. Riggo is categorically honest and takes personal ownership of job outcome, no matter what comes at him. We have hired Riggo to help us with a number of items pertaining to a full renovation of our home. The thing about working with him which stands out the most to us is his authentic manner of engagement. He will tell you, with full transparency, exactly what to expect and why he knows he is a good fit for the job. So between being a good, honest person and very high attention to detail in addition to protecting everything surrounding job site. He will always be our first call.

Rigo responded promptly to the referral. He was timely, professional and answered all my questions. He kept in constant communication with me and also set up his equipment the weekend prior to the renovation start date. He presented all costs on an itemized list that he updated as I added additional jobs. What started off as a kitchen remodel ended up as a house renovation because everything Rigo did looked so nice. I feel that the total cost was reasonable. Work began on 11/02/21 and he and his crew were on time and ready to work. Unfortunately his family suffered the loss of a loved one during the remodel however Rigo continued to work diligently and did not let his personal life delay the job at hand. I never felt pressured to add services or additional upgrades by him. Rigo would continually explain the process of each task/job and the actual time it would take for it to be completed. He made an effort to make my family and I feel comfortable during the whole process. He transformed my home into exactly what I imagined and more. There were alot of small details that he also focused on that gave my house a unique look. He had many great suggestions and also listened to my ideas. We are beyond satisfied with our home. The before and after pictures are amazing!! My friends and family are so impressed. My brother works in real estate and said that my house has increased in value significantly. He will be the ONLY contractor I do business with. I am grateful for the friend that suggested Angie's List which led to Rigo's business!!!

Rigo's painting set up a time for the estimate and did not show up and did not call. I would not consider them reliable.

I always have a great experience with Rigo! He has done many things at my various homes from tile work, drywall repair, painting, etc. He shows up when says he will, and makes sure that whatever he said he will do is done, and more importantly done correctly! I have found Rigo to be reliable, honest and experienced. I trust him with anything in my home, and will call on him again when needed!

Rigo and his crew remodeled both of our bathrooms including tile painting drywall plumbing and installed cabinets and sinks along with the bathtub and a new shower. All the work was completed on time at their agreed cost the jobs turned out fantastic. I would highly recommend Rigo and his crew or any remodel jobs.
