A -Team Drains

The team came out twice and did not fix our clog, but insisted on payment even though their promissed ?sure fix? to hydrogen did not work . They insisted on payment and kept adding additional fees that were not announced in the quote.. They threatened to file a lien against our house if we didn?t pay. Meanwhile they didn?t fix the issue but are asking to get paid. Very shady business tactics and we feel very much scammed by them .

They were very responsive to my inquiring questions, came out next day and did an excellent job. The did charge nearly three times as much as the as they estimated.

Mr. Aquino was very nice. He did say our sewer line was draining into a septic tank instead of the city sewer. The City has verified that it is hooked up to city lines. I don't know if the problem is fixed or not. Only time will tell, but I would use the A-Team again and recommend them to others.

Responsive and competent.

Mr. Aquino was so incredibly helpful. We were on a tight timeline and he was able to come out the same day and do the plumbing repair to our bathtub we needed even though it ended up being a bigger job than originally thought. He explained everything as he was doing it fantastic Customerservice really knows his stuff and a great value for the price highly recommend them.
