Rachel, the company owner, did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing an HVAC system at my own home and also installing a new mini-split system for an apartment building I own. Additionally, she pointed out an additional insulation issue at the apartment building, which would have become worse if not fixed at the time. She provided her services quickly and efficiently.

Brittney and her team are fantastic people, hard working and know a lot about HVAC. She has done 50+ new system installations for us. She knows what the best equipment is and always does a quality job. Highly recommend!

Although I seldomly leave reviews, Miss Minisplit sincerely came to my rescue and I was inclined to share that this woman owned company is quite special. I was given a handful of highly skilled businesses that were recommend from a well respected professor in which educates specifically on heating, ventilation and air conditioning at our local college. And to be frank, Rachel was significantly more resourceful than the other companies that were referred. All seemed great, however Rachel was far more responsive, she was actually considerate of keeping our carpet clean and her keeping the working space tidy (which sadly enough, many contractors often think little about) and I could see how hard working and dedicated she was to her profession. I also actually appreciated that she went out of her way to think outside of the box for alternative solutions in which saved us a substantial amount in doing so. She had replaced all our ductwork, installed a UV filter as my children have severe allergies and was able to salvage our current AC unit that was broken ( 3 other companies said we were not able to salvage our AC unit). Rachel somehow managed to put her critical thinking skills to work and made some magic happen in which genuinely blessed our family. Sincerely cannot speak highly enough about this company. Rachel, if you see this review, you probably have little idea as to what a difference you made in our families life. You helped my husband and I by staying within our allotted budget, you helped my oldest sons health as he experiences migraines in which is induced by heat and my two youngest suffer from allergies. You blessed each individual in our family and I can’t thank you enough. The high standards you hold yourself and your company to seem to be unique this day in age and you will be our future recommendation to friends, business partners and family members moving forward. We had a few different HVAC companies come out to give us bids and Miss Minisplit was consistent price wise with the other bids but she had much better availability. The others were months out and she was available the following week which was perfect because we were quickly coming up on the hot summer months. We are so glad we went with her. She was fast and efficient and very pleasant to be around. Even when I bugged her with questions during install, because I was just so curious, she answered them and explained what she was doing. Afterwards she gave us a quick lesson on how to work them and how to clean them. Since install we have had a few more questions and she has answered them quickly. We have since suggested her to our friends that are looking to add minisplits to their home and they love her too.

Seamless and professional

The installation was fast and smooth, and everyone was nice! I was in a hurry because we needed some AC for our pugs. The team completed the job in one day and promptly came back to resolve a minor issue with the equipment.

We just had a new born , a heatwave hit and our ac was not blowing cold . Miss mini split had a guy out the next day to recharge the system . So thankful as it was essential to maintain cool for our new baby . I appreciate such great businesses that truly care . I will definitely use them again for my hvac needs
