Just a few years later, halfway across the country in the small town of Bessemer, Bob Broman opened Blue Flame Heating with the same dream, drive and passion to help his community thrive in the bitter cold of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. While Bob continued as the owner/operator of Blue Flame Heating until his retirement in 2005, Jack partnered with Norm Kay to help grow his business. Lavine & Co. grew, but slower than they wanted, so they brought in some “fresh blood”, Norm’s son Dale to accelerate growth. With Lavine & Co. growing into a leader in the Oakland heating market, Dale quickly realized he needed more help. In 1998 he brought on his niece Jacque Santos. Jacque and Dale led Lavine’s to over a decade of prosperity, until 2009 when they opted for a better lifestyle in the Central Valley. In 2009 Honey's. was born. Jacque and Dale opened Honey's. with the same goals Bob Broman and Jack Lavine had – to serve their community and neighbors. In 2014 Dale was ready to focus on his family, so he invited Ray Broman (Bob Broman’s Grandson) to purchase his portion of Honey's. Using the training and tools Ray had acquired in his 15 years in the HVAC industry, and the absolute best co-workers, Ray and Jacque grew Honey's Air, Inc. into the premier home services provider in the Central Valley. It was irresponsible for the workers to find the installation. made holes or sabotage for the wall. multiple times with the installation manager via email and phone. promise it will fix . Now say that's it. not taking responsibility. Maybe the company specialized heating or air condition not solar."

"On 9/29/24, Justin from Noble came out to install a toilet flange riser. He looked at it and told me it would be between $450 and $550. I felt that was a very high price but a toilet is a necessity. It took him 2 hours from start to finish, but over an hour of that time, he was out buying parts at a Home Depot that is only 7 miles away. I was surprised that he didnâ t have parts with him considering this is a very common plumbing problem, plus I told them what I needed over the phone when I made the appointment and specifically said that I was telling them so he could show up with parts. When he said he was done, I looked at the toilet and noticed there were no caps on the bolts that hold it down. I asked if he was going to put some on, he said that most of the time he doesnâ t. He said he would put some on if I wanted, I told him I did. Who prefers the bolts showing on their toilet??? When he was done, he advised that the amount due was $490.00. I asked what their labor rate is, he said $250/hr. It seemed really high so I asked if it was because it was Saturday. He said â No, thatâ s our regular rateâ . So I was charged for two hours of which most of that time was spent on his trip to Home Depot 7 miles away. I paid him. As he processed the transaction on his phone, I asked if I would receive a detailed receipt. He assured me I would receive a detailed receipt in an email as soon as he finished creating it. It is now a day later and I have not received anything. Very disappointing. So in short: 1) So far the toilet is functional. 2) Justin was a pretty nice guy. 3) Price for the job was awfully high. I feel the job should have been 1/2 that amount because he should have had the necessary parts. I feel gouged. 4) The worst part is that I have not received a receipt for my $490.00!!"
