Home Depot was easy to deal with, the product was exactly as measured and ordered, the installation was professional and prompt, and the store followed up afterward to assure we were satisfied. I can't say enough for Home Deport. We have ordered and installed window covering and kitchen cabinets with them, as well, and all was excellent.

My experience with the people at Home Depot was excellent. Their product is beautiful. They were very efficient when they finally installed it. However, their communication skills were lousy. They did not communicate with me. I was the one who had to initiate calls to them until I finally called them enough that they realized that I was not going away. The end product is really wonderful. However, the process of procuring it was not. At Home Depot’s end everything was great. They went back and forth with the vendors. Their vendor was not great. People at Home Depot were very helpful. Some people had warned me about their experiences with Home Depot but my personal experience with the people here in Delano has been excellent. Everyone I talked to was really helpful. They bent over backwards. I spent somewhere between $5000 and $7000 with them. There was this one glitch and I can’t figure out how that happened. They lost my handles for the cabinets. I am still working on figuring that out. Their price was really excellent. I went to other stores in Bakersfield and for the cost of the firestone counter tops and the installation; I got my floors, counter tops, and installation from Home Depot. I got a really good deal from them. I got a good deal for my cabinets too. The customer service at Home Depot was excellent. If I had a question, they send somebody to answer. If they were not there, then they would call back. My experience was excellent, except for the handles. They were very professional. I would use them again in the future.
