+ -1 moreThey are pretty responsive. We had a problem once with pixilation or tiling and that took a while for them to finally respond to it and get the right person out here, so that was kind of a negative. They sent out a lady and she was very good, she explained things about signals and what she was doing. We haven’t had one problem since then. Everything else, they have done pretty well. They are pretty expensive.
Description of Work: I use BrightHouse Networks – Delano for cable TV services. I have been with them for 10 years.

+ 1 moreI am happy with them. When something goes wrong, they always come right away to fix it. They give good service. I tried other companies but I got tired of getting passed on over the phone.
