+ -1 moreMy experience with this company was great! I was not able to program my new Genie remote. I called Genie and they told me that I needed a new keypad. I called this RepairYourGarage for second opinion. They answered the phone immediately and contacted a tech in the field who called me back within 1/2 hour. Rather than come to my house and charge me a minimum service fee, he looked up my model and told me what to do. Within two minutes my problem was solved! They saved me the expense of having someone come out. They didn't charge at all. Their first concern was to help me solve my problem. I am happy to refer them and would definitely work with them in the future.
Description of Work: They helped me program a new remote.
