 + -1 moreJoe was a great guy to work with in every way. He was punctual, courteous and was very reasonably priced. He also recommended another company that could fix the second toilet for us.
Description of Work: We had problems with two toilets not flushing properly. We called on Friday night and Joe said he could come out Saturday morning and gave us an estimate cost of $240. He showed up on time Saturday morning. He unclogged one toilet. He tried to snake the drain on the second toilet and told us his 6 foot snake could not reach the clog so he did not charge us for the second toilet. Also, he said after examining the toilets, they did not have mineral buildup so he did not use any acid treatment on them so we were not charged for that portion of the original estimate.

 + -1 moreSecond time we had Joe to our home. Returned our call in a timely manner to make the appointment and he was on time as scheduled. Very thorough in diagnosing problem and, as before, determined work we anticipated was not necessary. He could have installed the new disposal he had purchased for us and we wouldn't have known the difference. We appreciate his pride in his work and trust him to tell us what is (or is not) needed. He is personable and a delight to work with.
Description of Work: Appointment made to replace garbage disposal which we thought had died. Joe determined it was the wall switch and not the disposal after some checking. Although he had bought the new disposal for us, he did not see a need for that expense since ours works (in spite of being 18 years old), and he said he would return it.

 + -1 moreThis guy is great. He is prompt, courteous, fairly priced and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed and fixed the problem and also was very thorough in checking for any other issues or problems, due to poor workmanship in the past. Never charges for things that can be avoided or fixed more cheaply, which was not my experience with Roto Rooter. Highly recommended!

 + -1 moreJoe returned our call promptly and arrived in the stated time-frame (within 3 hours of my call). While professional and focused, he was easy to talk to and to work with. He went above and beyond when he continued to search the garage for the cause of the odor. He wiped up the spilled malathion he found but wasn't certain that was the odor and he continued to search. He finally decided it might be the spray of a skunk or a dead skunk in our heating system. Thankfully, he called us a short time later to say his rags caused his truck to smell like our garage so he was certain the source of the odor was the malathion. This one call saved us time and money as we then thoroughly cleaned the spill and aired out the garage (according to Joe's suggestion), rather than spending money to have our vents searched. Problem solved! We will definitely call Joe for any future plumbing problems.
Description of Work: We had a terrible odor in the garage and into house that we feared was leaking sewer gas. Joe determined immediately it was not a sewer problem. Rather than just charging us and leaving, he continued to search the garage for the source of the odor, which he felt certain was not a plumbing or drain problem. While doing so he found a small leak in the water heater gas line and fixed it. He found a leaking bottle of malathion, but thought the odor might also be a skunk in the heating system or that a skunk had sprayed in the garage. He charged us for only 1/2 hour.

 + -1 moreJoe did a great job and was professional. He has 27 years of experience and moves quick. It was $95 but that is what real professionals cost. Worth the money! Joe is coming back to help me put in an outdoor shower.
Description of Work: Kitchen drain clogged pretty far down the line. I tried to snake, plunge and draino it with no luck. He got to it fast and effectivly
