We love the laminate. The installer was personable, professional, and quite skilled. He worked hard each day and listened to any concerns we brought up. We trusted his judgment regarding the need tolevel the slab by grinding (we didn't) and are happy we did so. The carpet guy was also wonderful: skilled, easy to work with, attentive. The one problem we had was that the vendor sent our carpet to New York by mistake which delayed the install by a week or so. The owner, Kerry, is the reason we went with this company. He really knows his business and communicates well. We really enjoyed working with him and will use his company for our next project without hesitation. All in all, a well run business.

When we purchased our home, we used a big name flooring company from Woodland to replace the flooring with a high quality vinyl in our laundry room (like I had in our previous home). It was a disaster -- took 5 visits to finish a small laundry room! When the movers ripped the new flooring when they put in our washing machine, I went online to look for reviews and found Pyramid right here in Davis. Wallace was fantastic to work with ... was willing to work with the moving company directly for payment rather than me as the in between. His installers were PHENOMENAL and completed the job in just a couple hours ... and did a fantastic job. (And I am picky because I have a family member who has a flooring biz who does superb work.) Wouldn't you know it? My washing machine needed repair within a month of getting new flooring ... and then the appliance repair guy ripped the new Pyramid flooring! The appliance guy and his wife did everything possible to NOT pay for replacing the flooring ... including hassling and harrassing Wallace at Pyramid about pricing, wanting detailed quotes, etc. Finally, with the threat of a law suit, the appliance guy submitted to insurance and I was paid for new flooring. In interest of not redoing the laundry room a 4th time, I chose (with Wallace's recommendation) tile for durability. Again, perfection in installation and the floor looks great. My husband who doesn't usually care thinks it is beautiful. Bottom line: Excellent sales support (even with problems), excellent installation, excellent followup. Prices are not cheap, but you get what you pay for!

They did a really nice job. They were really conscientious, honest, and friendly. The installers were very good and did an excellent job.

I was very pleased. I had a deadline to have the work done before movers came and the installation was completed right on time. They had good suggestions for what type/grade of flooring to install, came over right away to measure and steered to me to a mid-price flooring that I really like. I'll use them again when its time to replace the vinyl flooring in the kitchen and baths.

Everything went smoothly from the estimate, scheduling to our convenience, installation and removal of old carpet. We could not be happier with the job.

I had a really good experience with Pyramid flooring. The project wasn't big, just a single bedroom, but Kerry is very professional, has a showroom in Davis with a good range of flooring, is very knowledgeable, provides good advice, has an excellent installer, and is very competitive on price. It was a hassle free experience and the results were great.
