+ -1 moreBruce Thomas drove 1 hour each way to my residence at a time that was convenient for me to repair my home computer. He wiped my computer clean, made some calls to DELL technicians to assist in getting the complete software needed to get my computer running properly again. He loaded additional antivirus software and provided extensive computer security training for my future use. He made a couple of trips and spent several hours performing this work, saving me money that I would have unnecessarily spent buying a whole new computer system. He is very thorough.
Description of Work: Bruce Thomas completely wiped clean my computer, removed all viruses, ordered missing software and reloaded all necessary software. Loaded additional antivirus software, provided PC Internet and PC Computer Security Training.

+ -1 moreBruce comes on time, he is courteous, his price is reasonable. It's obvious that he really loves being around computers (I think even at my level). He is very patient. Some of the things I like about his teaching is that he doesn't skip steps in the learning process. It's a ''progressive'' process of teaching. He's very careful about security, also.
Description of Work: Bruce has been giving me ongoing computer training for over a year. He has brought me from a super-novice to a basic operational level. I am still working with him. He helped me shop online for a new computer and did the setting up for me. That went well. When I changed from dial-up to DSL he helped getting that accomplished.
