+ -1 moreI was trying to change out a wall outlet, and ran into wires I didn't understand. I accidentally created an open circuit, so a couple of rooms did not have power. He fixed the open circuit, and patiently explained what I had done wrong, so I would do it right the next time. He also warned against plugging laptop computers into wall outlets without using surge protectors. Very nice and responsible guy.
Description of Work: Provider came same day I called him. I was attempting to replace a wall outlet, and instead created an open circuit resulting in no power to 2 rooms. He fixed the problem, restoring power to 2 rooms.

Description of Work: Knightworks Electrical came out and did some trouble-shooting on the electrical switches that got mixed up when we tried to replace the light switches on our own. They also installed a dimmer in our dining room.

earthquake retrofitting
+ -1 moreHe showed up one half hour early and said he only had five minutes to review the property. He said he could not finish the bid and said he would get back to me later but I never heard from him again. It was a really bad experience and I will not use him again in the future.
