+ -1 moreA nice young man called at the time of the appointment saying he couldn't find our address on Google Maps. We live on a major street right around the corner from the location of this business. When he arrived late, he was unprepared for the service we requested. Then he didn't know how to reset the vacuum machine when it went off. He called the boss and we overheard the boss tell him to push the reset button. When he couldn't find the reset button, we took pity on him and pointed it out as we looked over his shoulder. Things didn't get any better after that, although by the end of the job the cleaning seems to have been done adequately. Nice young man, but seemed to be over his head trying to do his job.

+ -1 moreIt was a positive experience from beginning to end. It was easy to schedule and the appt. was kept on time. He vacuumed first, pretreated the carpet because of my dog who should be named "Puddles," and then got to work cleaning the carpet. He was done in a reasonable amt. of time and the carpet looked new. He even wiped up a few water drops from my tile entrance. A good job.

+ -1 moreReally happy with the results! I researched the type of equiptment he uses prior to contacting his business. Todd's website states how far he will go and he drove another 10 miles one way to clean my carpets, that's what I call service!
Description of Work: I bought this home last year and the carpets are original (about 12 years old) We have a small old dog which has a bladder issue so we had many spots on the light colored carpet. Todd measured my carpet (2nd floor) and gave me a total estimate before he started, he took his time and did a great job on this old carpet. No more spots or dark areas on the heavy traffic carpet areas. He uses the latest technology which is what I wanted (roto360I carpet cleaner). The price might seem high to most but I had almost 1100 square feet of carpet that was cleaned! I have used other companies for my past house and they use old technology which is far less superior to what Todd uses. I highly recommend Todd and his new equiptment to clean your carpet!

+ -1 moreTodd did an excellent job on my dirty carpets! He took special care to avoid wetting an adjacent area that had just been re-tiled and grouted. He was responsive, polite, and helpful. I especially appreciate his willingness to do the job late on a Saturday afternoon, because I was under multiple time constraints while preparing a house for tenants to move in.
Description of Work: Todd James, the owner, cleaned the wall-to-wall carpet, removing several large stains, in two bedrooms and a hallway. He did this late on a Saturday afternoon!
