35 years in the home building industry has given us a great perspective on the look that counts. A home inspection report is not a to-do list; rest assured, there's no need for you to fix everything a home inspector thinks could stand for improvement. It just might be the look that counts though as you make your purchasing decisions.

Services we offer

You can opt to pay for your inspection via our FlexFund system. Your inspection fee will be automatically paid for out of your Escrow Account. You will have an additional agreement to sign, where we will need to collect your Closing Company information, and Credit Card information. The credit card information will be held until payment from the escrow office clears. Otherwise, it will be charged the full amount of the inspection.
