I attempted to set up appointments for upholstery estimates for a rocking chair and a loveseat, once going into the store and twice by phone. They called and cancelled the first appointment, stating they were too busy that day to make it out to my house to do the estimate. They said they were backed up and wouldn't be able to do the estimate for awhile and would call me back. A month later, a second appointment was scheduled, and no one showed up nor did they call. I called and left a message inquiring about the missed appointment, and no one called me back. I did find a great upholsterer in West Sacramento, De Sousa's Furniture Restoring, Inc. (http://www.desousasfurniture.com/) who was prompt, courteous and was able to provide an estimate based on emailed pictures of the furniture that I sent to him. He was also able to refinish the wood pieces on the furniture as well as re-upholster.
