+ -1 moreOnce the appointment is made, Rich always calls before arrival to let you know he's on his way over. We chatted a for bit to discuss the issue and he got right to work. Afterwards we chatted about steps I could take to reduce possibility of future occurrence. I value his professional opinion and judgement.
Description of Work: I've relied on Rich for 10+ years to take care of my plumbing needs... most recently to clear the sewer main of blockage (roots). Rich has consistently been highly professional, preforming excellent work and always fare and honest. Over the years his integrity keeps me calling him for all the plumbing events I have.
