+ -1 moreHad a major ant problem in the kitchen of the home we just moved into. Realtor recommended Osborn Spray. Called on Sunday afternoon, left voicemail, no response.. Called on Monday at 10AM, started talking to someone, then was asked if I would mind being on a brief hold (which I said yes) but was sent to voicemail. Called right back, was sent straight to voicemail. Called 30 minutes later, straight to voicemail. Not sure if this morning was exceptionally busy but the interactions didn't leave me confident in an ongoing relationship.

+ -1 morespray with single generation pesticide-which means it will kill only the first pest that it kills, not the one that might eat it. HE makes sure not to spray any eatable fruits or water which my pets can get into. The company, if you leave a message, will respond.

+ -1 moreKyle came out to inspect the crawl space and home exterior. I pointed out a few possible entry points that he missed, and he was happy to close them up. Kyle went on vacation mid-way through the treatment, so it took a little longer then usual to complete the project. Mice/rat problems were solved quickly, but gopher abatement took a little longer. Overall happy with the service and the price. Would likely use them again, esp for mice and rat problems.
Description of Work: Inspected home exterior for mice/rate entry point, inspected crawl space for mice/rate entry points, set mice/rate bait and traps under house, baited front yard for gophers.

+ -1 moreWe've used them for years. They are wonderful. They come out once a month. They schedule the work when we call them. They do two types of spraying for us, primarily its pest control. We live adjacent to an open place and we have six grand children so we want to keep the bugs away. We do most of pest control but they also put the weed abatement for us. They are eco friendly and we like that about them. They have been responsive every time we have contacted them. We are very pleased with them. They are local and eco friendly. They arrive, do their work and then they are gone. We can't even notice if they were there but we notice that they have sprayed. They are real good family owned company. They come every month.
Description of Work: We used Osborn Spray Service Inc in February of this year for pest control.
